By accessing or using ROKO APP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the application immediately.

Your continued use of the service after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

ROKO APP is a cloud-based SaaS platform that allows businesses to offer collaborative music playback through QR codes. Users can:

• Search for publicly available music videos.
• Add songs to a shared playback queue.
• Listen to music streamed through the official YouTube Embedded Player.

ROKO APP does not host, store, or distribute media content. All audio and video are streamed directly from YouTube servers using the official YouTube player.

Users agree to:

• Use the service lawfully and in good faith.
• Respect the venue where the system is installed.
• Avoid misuse of the shared playback queue.
• Avoid disrupting the experience of other users.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

ROKO APP uses YouTube API Services in accordance with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

ROKO APP uses the official YouTube Data API Services to retrieve publicly available video metadata, including titles, channel names, thumbnails, duration, and video identifiers.

Playback is performed exclusively through the official YouTube Embedded Player. No YouTube content is downloaded, copied, or redistributed by ROKO APP.

Users may NOT:

• Download YouTube videos or audio.
• Copy or redistribute copyrighted media.
• Attempt to bypass YouTube restrictions or content protections.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform.
• Use ROKO APP for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Interfere with the application's operation or other users' access.

ROKO APP does not provide any functionality for downloading or permanently storing YouTube content.

All videos, thumbnails, titles, channel names, trademarks, logos, and audiovisual content remain the property of their respective owners.

ROKO APP only displays publicly available information obtained through the official YouTube Data API. No ownership of third-party content is claimed.

ROKO APP is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The availability of music, videos, and metadata depends on YouTube and other third-party services. ROKO APP shall not be responsible for interruptions, errors, or content unavailability caused by YouTube, internet connectivity, or third-party infrastructure.

ROKO APP may improve, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in the service, legal requirements, or business practices.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version of these terms.
